- All four participants should never stop moving. Point out when they are stood still.
Pyschological points : Concentration. Alertness. Communication.
Physical points: Movement. Agility ( keeping a low sense of gravity). Always be on your toes preparing to recieve the ball and move the ball quickly.
Technical Points: Pass with both feet using inside and outside of the foot. Try to use as minimul touches as possible.
