Use any number of players (whole team to four). Players rest over ladders and complete constant bounces over their rung of ladder before coach relays calls. Players work progressively up the scale and perform the following sequence:
- 1,2,3,4 (singles and back to ladder) 4,3,2,1 (singles and back to ladder).
- 1,2,3,4 (doubles and back to ladder) 4,3,2,1 (doubles and back to ladder)
- 1,2,3,4 (triples and back to ladder) 4,3,2,1 (triples and back to ladder)
- 2 straight races at end to finish.
Players should complete a total of 50 sets of shuttles.
- Aerobic Fitness (players are not to under estimate this drill in terms of this type of fitness).
- Agility and Speed (Maintain correct technique throughout for 50 shuttles)
