Both goalkeepers start at the same cone. Green goalkeeper starts by diving to the side to make the save. He then gets up and sidesteps to the cone to the left. While the green goalkeeper was making a save, the red goalkeeper sidesteps his way around the cone on the left and goes back to the cone on the right to take the place of the green keeper and make a save after he arrives at the orange cone. The goalkeepers continue switching in this routine.
After one side is done, the exercise is proceeded to the other side.
