Split groups into 3 even groups, divide into 3 sections, group in each section. Start off players passing and moving within their sections.
Week 1: On command can players change balls with another section.
Week 2: Take the ball away from center group, players in the center now try to link up play with either side groups.
Week 3: Once the ball is recieved back from the middle group can they switch the play to furthest section (if on).
Week 4&5: Same as week 3 however, take away another ball. Make 2/3 of the players in the middle group interceptors. 1 player in middle group still acts as a link up player. Players get a point every time they can switch or use link player.
Week 6: Try with 2 balls at same time.
