after the warm up has took place, players will then listen to me and i will well them about the next drill. 6 players will put on bibs and dribble in the area with a ball and the other 6 will be on their toes on the cones outside, players will then play a ball out to the players on the cones and then follow their pass, the players will keep rotating. We can then make this drill a bit more difficult by introducing a '1 2' into the drill, this drill is a good passing drill which increases awareness
