DESCRIPTION

Description

How many times do you see the opposition line up close to the centre, in no particular formation and ready to pounce when the whistle goes and you instantly get crowded off the ball and lose posession!!

Coaching Points

On Kick Off, make sure your players are a good three feet apart and the player receiving the ball is slightly behind and off set from the player passing the ball.

The receiving player should quickly take a touch and get the ball passed out to one of the wings to counter the oncoming wall of opposing players!
