4 players start at white cones.
first player (goal end white cone) passes through cone to player standing within first two cones, they continue todo so all the way up until the half way line, where the second player passes to third player (half way line white cone) this is where the next two partner of palyers start to pass up the field to the goal end.
First of all make sure the players take there time and focus on getting the ball within the cones each time
Second, make the tempo faster and time them till a team gets to the end of the finnish line.
Third, make the players take less touches when controlling and passing.
Fourth, make the players up the tempo once more with less touches
Fifth, make the players take one touch to control and pass in one motion all the way up the field
If any of the players fail to get ball between the designated cones or have more touches than allowed the drill resets but the timer doesnt untill they complete it succesffully... maybe make it a full pitch exercise
