Pass to feet, then follow the pass.

Pass to space then follow on.

COACHING POINTS

Weight and direction of pass

To feet or into space

Movement and body shape to receive

First touch

Timing of run

Progression 1 -Play 1-2 into next player

Progression 2 - receive with one foot, pass with the other.

Progression 3 - Limit touches 1 or 2 touch
