Drill: Each team will try to possess the ball for seven passes while the other team will send two defenders into their grid. If Team A posses for 7 passes, they pass the ball over to the other grid and send defenders. There is a point for 7 passes completed and a through pass.
If you win the ball on defense, you can either play it out or try to possess it back to your side.
