Warm up drill to encourage forward passing of the ball.
Create a pitch as shown and three teams. One of the teams should occupy the end zones.
The objective is to switch the ball from one endzone to another to obtain a point.
The team in the middle with the ball first has to pass it back to one of the endzone teams and from there they should work the ball up to the other side.
Try to get there as quickly as possible - long ball, 2 passes etc.
If the opposing team wins the ball back, they must first start with a pass to one of the endzones to begin their process.
If the ball goes out the side a contested ball is put back in by the coach.
