Warm Up for Training and Matchday
Round 1 – Jog lap of ½ pitch
Round 2 – Jog to cone 8. (Always Jog back down other side).
Round 3 – Repeat with arm windmills.
Round 4 – Side to side to cone 8.
Round 5 – Side to side facing other way.
Round 6 – Walk with lunges to cone 6. Walk with high kick to cone 8.
Round 7 – Close gate to cone 6. Open gate to 8
Round 8 – Walk with cone touch to cone 6. Jog to cone 8.
Round 9 – Jog with high knees to cone 6. Jog with heel flicks to cone 8.
Round 10 – Jog backwards to cone 8.
Round 11 – Jog backwards to cone 6. Spin and sprint to 8.
Round 12 – Slalom to cone 6. Jog zig zag 6-7-8.
Round 13 – Slalom to cone 6. Side to side zig zag 6-7-8.
Round 14 – Slalom to cone 6. Sprint zig zag 6-7-8.
Warm up with ball – 8 v 4 rondo in 20x20 square.
