3 Teams work to pass and defend
Field is divided into 3 sections
- Middle section is the defense
- Outside sections are for attacking teams
The objective of the attacking team is to complete minimum 5 passes (can start with 3 for less experienced teams). Once passes are complete, pass the ball to the opposing attacking team.
Defense team will choose one player to try to win the ball. This should change for each change of attacking team. The remaining defense in the middle will look to stop passes to opposing attacking team.
Play starts with one of the teams in the outside sections receiving the ball from the coach. First pass is free and then the defense can enter the zone.
If the defense wins the ball, or the ball leaves the grid, the defense moves to the attacking grid and the team losing possession moves to defense.
