Defending team will consist of 1 GK, 4 Defenders & 1 Midfielder which will change on each rotation/wave.
Attacking team will have teams of 3/4 and attack in waves. This will give the defending team minimal rest but lots of opportunity to defend. Will also give the midfielder plenty of opportunity to support the defending team.
Attacking wave starts with the ball slightly ahead of the opposite goal line and will attack like they would in a game, with speed and intent. Their task is to get a shot away and hopefully score a goal.
The defenders will need to stay organised and narrow to stop the attackers from shooting on target,
The midfielder will chase down the attackers from behind and try win the ball back as quickly as possible. Once they have successfully won the ball back their goal is to get the ball out of the defensive third and into the opposing goal which would act as another one of their midfielders looking to turn out and attack the opposition on another counter attack.
