- Rulith has 02 over in this time, he needs to bowl his normal action, i will take videos

06 MINUTES

- TALKING WITH PLAYER

- after took video, i'll talk with player and show his current situation, then we can decide where we want go

20 MINUTES

- BOWLING DRILLS

- player needs to sit on his knees on the ground and should take his right foot land and come bowling action, then he needs bowl, this drills will help him to stretch his bowling arm

10 MINUTES

- WARM DOWN AND DEBRIEF

- cooling drills for relax the body

- discuss with the player about the session
