DESCRIPTION

Keeper Practices agility and clean glove work up to the stumps

COACHING POINTS

  • 2 Rebound Stumps ~2-3m apart (depending on your available space)
  • A cone just outside each stump ~1m as a marker/guide
  • Keeper starts on Side A & Thrower feeds bound throws in line with cone.
  • Keeper takes ball & side steps to Side B (while returning ball to thrower) 
  • Thrower quickly feeds ball on Side B
  • Repeat this as agility work 5 takes each side.
