DESCRIPTION

Drill focus on speed and reaction time.

To focus and concentrate on the instruction and reacts to it as quickly as possible too it..

  • This drill you do in pairs standing opposite and facing each other with the cone and ball on-top of it, in the middle of them.
  • The coach will then say various commands (head/shoulders/knees/toes and grab) and as soon as he say grab they must see who grabs the ball first.
  • The player which gets 3 he/she is the winner.
