1. Yellow player is the feeder. Blue player runs in from red to blue cone to take a catch (high or low) from feeder.
2. While ball is in the air, feeder calls either red or grey. As soon as player catches the ball they must throw the ball above the stump of the colour player called.
3. Red or Grey player must then get the ball back to the yellow player (above the wicket) as quickly as possible.
4. Spare yellow player to back up.
Complete 5 sets and then shift each player 1 place clockwise.
