Separate into groups of 3-4.1 player will stand out the front with the ball, while the other player stands in the 4x4M square with 4 different coloured markers, when the coach blows the whistle the person out the front will shout out a coloured marker. The player in the middle will moved towards that marker and touch it, he then moves back to the middle and catches the ball being thrown at him under am by the person out the front then quickly pass the ball back and repeat this. The player catching the ball must be always facing front when touching the markers.
