Within this warm up drill, the players will be throwing, recieving and catching the ball. The players must do this drill as quickly as possible. As you can see from the chart, the players are split onto 4 different cones with a set of stumps set up in the middle of the square. The person who starts with the ball must roll the ball towards the next cone (To the right). The pupil by the cone to the right will pick the ball up and throw it diagonally towards the stumps. this will then end up at the other side of the square and the process will be continued once more. After a pupil has thrown or rolled the ball he/she must then run anticlockwise to the next cone and line up ready to do the role that the pupil must do on that cone.
