Set up: 4 cones in a 30x30m box. 3 stumps in the middle of the box which are different colours or have a different coloured cone on them. wicket keeper and feeder move around the outside of the box so different players have different roles and situations.
Drill: 1) The feeder hits the ball out in any direction whilst calling out a coloured stump. The fielders on the black cones must react to field the ball. 2) The fielder then throws the ball at the corresponding stump. Another fielder will be backing up that throw. 3) Finally the backing up fielder will throw the ball into the wk.
Differentiation: feeder can call out more than one colour. in this case instead of the backing fielder throwing to the wk, they will throw at the second colour called out, it is backed up and then throw in once all colours have been thrown at.
Assessment: Team challenge - hit 5 stumps
