DESCRIPTION

This drill is for reflex catches [8 players]

There are 2 groups of 4's
Each side there is 1 Feeder and 3 Catchers
Feeder shouts number 1, 2, or 3
And the Catchers have to catch the ball
If it is number 2 then number 1 must duck and Number 2 catches
Whoever drops the catch becomes the feeder

COACHING POINTS

This drill is for good reflexes.

All Fielders must ready for each ball in well balanced position
Hands together and Staying low
