is it possible to email any of the training sessions !
Hi Colboy,
When you you ask is it possible to share a session by email do mean share a training session that you have written? If so this is possible and is explained in section 6. of the Sportplan User guide (Download the PDF here).
If not and you are referring to the sessions of the week I'm afraid we don't email out individual training plans but we do send out emails to let you know when they are online and make all the sessions of the week available to users for 3 weeks. They can be viewed online and downloaded in PDF format so that they can be saved/printed.
Here are links to find the sessions of the week:

If there's anything else or you'd like more advice on how to share please reply and we'll try to help you asap.
All the best,
The Sportplan team
