im 14 years old and I play in goal for two teams. Does anyone know of any free sport plans I could use that will help me with my fitness and my goalkeeping ability?

We don't have any free session plans but as a free member you can view some of the drills available on the site, use the planner and chalkboard tools (to build your own session plans and draw your own drills) as well as using the search bar (top right).
