Hi Finn!

I always find this tough to coach but generally find the more my players practise, the better they get. I also believe you need to try and put them under pressure.

I have used this drill a lot before.

DESCRIPTION

Player 1 hand feeds the ball to player 2 at chest height. Player 2 then must control using their chest and thigh so that they can turn and play an instep volley into player 3's hands.
