how can i improve my ball control skills?
Practice, practice and more practice! On your own, with a friend or in a game (friendly or competitive)!
You can practice on your own, working on your dribbling technique, ball control (keepy ups and high ball control) and passing and receiving (against a wall).
If you have a friend to train with work on passing in pairs (remember to stay on your toes) over differing distances with different passes (driven, lofted, receiving on the run, one touch etc.)
The more you practice the better you will become at reading the speed and spin on the pass, choosing the most appropriate type of control and recognising where the next best option is (run into space, pass or shoot!)
All the best,
