Hi, my name is Marcos Rezende and I'm from Brazil... I was recently appointed director of the youth team of our club.I'm a bit confused here. There is so many videos and links to study !!! I have 4 teams, 9, 11, 13 and 15 years old. Where should I start ??? Is there a default full plan to follow ? Thank you in advance.
Hello Marcos,
We'd be happy to help you and you team.
Where to start?
The best place to start is with the "drills". Here you can find lots of ideas and games grouped into folders by category. So if you want to improve your 11 year olds' defending have a look in the "defending" folder.
What next?
Every week we add a new expert coaching plan to the site. Full members can view these, watch the animations and print the sessions to take with them to training field.
Plan your own
We have free to use coaching tools such as the session planner and the chalkboard. Using the chalkboard you can draw your own drills and using the planner you can easily build professional looking session plans. Everything you create can be shared using the "share" options in the top right hand corner.
