A and B throw up their ball and catch eachothers ball. 2x15x

A and B play football, small area, try to pass on eachother. 2x5 minutes

A and B close together. A drops ball, B stops it with hand-foot action. 2x15x

A and B in queue, 1 mtr apart. A watches B and starts when B says him to do so. B tries to tag A. 3x5x

A and B in queue. A throws a ball over the head of B, B tries to catch the ball before it bounces. 3x7x

A stands behing B, who sits on the floor. B puts his arms wide at shoulder height. A drops the ball in front of B, B 'catches'the ball with his legs. 2x10x

Two benches, lying on their sides, top side towards court. Small court. A and B play football and try to score. 2x 5 minutes

All players are around the goal with a ball each on the floor in front of them. The goalkeeper is in the goal, touches a goal post, sprints forward to a player of his choice, gives him the ball, quickly returns to his goal running backwards. The player tries to score a goal and the goalkeeper tries to stop the shot.

Goalkeeper stands on the circle line facing the goal. The player behind him rolls the ball into the goal. When the goalkeeper notices the ball he goes for it and tries to get the ball before it crosses the goal line.

All players are around the goal with a ball each. The goalkeeper is in the goal, facing it. The trainer points to someone to shoot. The trainer blows his whistle and the goalkeeper quickly turns around and stops the shot.

Goalkeepers stand opposite each other, and one player holds the ball behind his back and suddenly shows it on either side at shoulder height. The goalkeeper in front of him reacts as quickly as possible and touches the ball with his hand and foot simultaneously.

Pairs stand opposite each other, and one moves backwards holding a ball behind their back. The other player moves forward. The player moving backwards suddenly shows the ball to the other player who reacts quickly to touch the ball. Players should be shown the ball six times on each run, and the drill should be done up and down four times.

Two attackers are passing and suddenly one of them shoots at the goal. At that moment the two defenders sprint for the fast break and the goalkeeper passes them the ball after getting control over the goalshot.

Goalkeeper stands on the goal line. A player throws a ball at the goal, which the goalkeeper tries to stop. Once under control of the ball, he throws a fast break pass to one of the players half way up the court. Behind the goal there is the coach raising left or right arm to show which break player must run.
