R prevents B from scoring. R4 always defends W1.

Pass B1-B5-B1, duel with R1, change places. Same on the left.

B1 duels with R1.

Duelling B with R.

B1-B2-B3 pass to R1. B4 defends.

B3,B4 and B5 try to penetrate gaps between defenders. Defenders help eachother if necessary.

B3,B4 and B5 try to penetrate into the gaps between the defenders or try to pass to W1. R4 always defends W1.

Pass B1-R2-B1 who duels with R1 B1 runs around the cone, gets ball from B2 and duels with R2. B2 and R2 change places.

Pass B1-B2 who duels with R1. B2 takes place of R1 R1 runs around the cone, gets ball from B1 and duels with R2.

Pass B1-B2 duel with R1. Pass B1-B3-B4 who duels with R1 who stepped to the wing.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who duels with R1. After the duel B1 takes the position of R1. R1 runs around the cones and goes to the queue of B1.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who duels with R1. B1 takes place of R1, who runs around the cones to the queue of B1.

Pass B1-B5-B1 who duels with R1. Same with B2.

After being passed the ball by the feeder/coach the attackers (blue 2 and blue 3) try to pass their way past the defenders. The two attackers (blue 2 and 3) can only attack against one defender, but the defenders can defend against either attacker (so they can support and back each other up to keep the attackers out).

Blue players 1, 2 and 3 stand in a line with a supply of ball to try and feed to blue player 4. The defending player (Red 1) must stay in front of the receiving player and mirror their movement across the court, preventing as many balls as possible from reaching blue player 4. The receiving player must change pace and direction in order to lose their marker but they are not allowed to step in front of the defender.
