To get your players back up to speed after the summer break this conditioning session combines fitness with ball work to re-establish simple patterns of play such as overlaps, switching play and third man runs!
What's in the Session?
We kick things off with a pass and move exercise and then get down to business as we work on fitness, movement and dribbling development, re-familiarising players with basic techniques and movements.
Last but not least we finish things off with two conditioned games (pre-season doesn't have to be boring!)
