This Session looks at the Pass and Receive - a core skill each player uses in every game they play and aims to up the on pitch-communication to improve teamwork.
As well as focusing on touch we also work on speed, with and without the ball, general movement when looking to receive a pass and communication.

To encourage positive communication the drills in this week's session have been designed to work better if your players communicate - the theory being if your players are able to communicate in practice then hopefully they'll also be able to bring that teamwork to the pitch on match day!
