Cricket Drill Demonstration

- Two cones a long stride distance apart.
- Standing behind one, facing the other, step the leading foot of the delivery stride to the opposite cone
- Drag through the back foot on the back cone encouraging the back knee to drive through straight towards your target
- Focus on extending the delivery stride.
- Adjust the distance of the cones depending on age and ability level.
- Once the stride is perfected, focus on encouraging a strong chest drive.
- Using a tennis ball, once the cone has been dragged through, tennis bal is to be driven straight into the ground.
