Players face one another with a ball in between them as shown in the image. Coach shouts out different body parts eg. hair, ears, shoulders and players execute. PROGRESSION 1 As soon as the coach shouts BALL the first player to grab the ball with hIs hands is the winner! PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but now the winner is the one rolling the ball to his side with his foot! PROGRESSION 3 Same sequence but now the players face the opposite way. At the coaches signal, the first player to grab the ball underneath his feet is the winner!
