Split your groups into pairs. Number eachother numbers 1 and 2. Number 2 starts with the ball. Player 2 dribbles around the area with number 1 following him. Player 2 must bounce the ball when running around. Coach shots various numbers. Do each number for 1 minute before adding in the next number Number 1- Small Pass Number 2- Long pass Number 3- Bounce pass Progression 1 Player without the ball must keep running away from the player with the ball and when the coach shouts one of the numbers the player with the ball must find his partner as quick as he can before playing the pass require. Progression 2 Fun game towards end of practice. When coach shouts GO he player without the ball has 5 seconds to win the ball back from his partner. If player with ball manages to keep it they get a point. If player who did not have the ball wins the ball then they get a point.
