Two players per cone run to same coloured cone on other side of pitch (or one ball per player) and complete one of four skills (each colour assigned a particular skill then swap players to different cones); 1. Inside/outside cuts2. Ball boxing (instep to instep)3. Sole rolls4. Freestyle
Heads up to avoid clashing with players running across your line. Take your time, when confidence builds increase pace. Inside/outside cut leave the ball for your partner to run on to to start their turn.
