Progression 1 Players are now limited to a maximum of 2 touches to encourage quick passing Progression 2 A midfielder can now break into the attacking zone to create a 3 v 3 scenario Progression 3 A defender can step into midfield to create an overload for the attacking team Progression 4 A midfielder can drop back into defence to create an overload in the defensive sense. Progression 5 Remove all restrictions on player movement but two touch passing continues.
