Defensive Recovery Line the defenders up either side and number them. The attackers will feed the ball in to the striker to hold up, then they must join them in the attack. The coach will call out one or multiple numbers and the players with those numbers must run back to defend. The object is for the attackers to make use of the overload whilst they have it.
