DESCRIPTION

12 man basic warm up, alternate between the amount of attack/defenders after 5min intervals, reducing distance to improve control and awareness

COACHING POINTS

Get the attacks to pass and learn one touch movement. After 2 5min sessions of each, reduce the cones to 8m then 6m respectfully.
