Description
Work in a group of 6. 4V1 & 1 thrower.
Player 1 takes a throw in to 1 of his teammates within the coned area. The 4 then try to keep possession for 4 passes, while the defender trys to disposese them.
1: Make all possession players have at least one touch on the ball
2: Introduce three touch maximum for possession players
3: make the sides 4V2 with the thrower joining the possesion team and another playing becoming a defender.
