
This drill will require 4 cones and a ball. I will give bibs to half of the players and half of the players don't have bibs to create two teams. Then the players have to keep the ball between their tema when they have the ball and then when they don't have the ball, they have to win it back. This will be a simple drill but will be effective for the players.
