
Split into 4 teams of 6. Split hall into 2 parks. Park split into 3rds. 4 players of each team in end box. Remaining 2 players of each team in the middle box. 4 vs 1 possession game. If ball is won back, defending player plays middle man who switches play to own team. One middle player from opposing team then becomes defender in a 4 vs 1 game. Encourage movement off the ball in order to keep possession. Encourage movement off the ball from middle man, in case defender winsâ ball back, in order to be in an effective position to receive pass quickly. Add in a minimum number of passes for a point. Encourage a quick phase of play to switch sides.
