The attacking team in red try to move the ball forward and 'score' by dribbling the ball through the gates at the side of the box. the defending team must close down as hard as possible to win the ball back. Every time the play starts again it starts back from the central midfield player everytime.
Look for quick decision making to move the ball backwards and build the attack again or to switch the play from side to side.
