3 grids 6x10m, with a team of 4 in each grid. Yellow and Blue teams (attacking), create a 4v2 vs red team (Defending). Other 2 reds stay in middle grid and try intercept switch of play. Attacking teams must get 5 passes and then look to switch the play across without it getting intercepted. If defending team win the ball, they then become the attacking team.
