
drill starts with players passing the ball to the first cone and following their pass. This continues through the zig-zag pattern. Once you have passed the ball and followed the pass you must wait to receive the next pass. Each player will work their way to the end of the zig-zag. When a players is the last player in the zig-zag the take the ball and dribble before attempting a shot at the target. After passing the player does a series of movements over the ladders and hurdles before collecting their ball from the target and returning to the back of the line.
