
Begin w/group at one point in the diamond and 1 player at each of the remaining points -Player 1 passes to Player 2 and follows to next post -Player 2 progresses to Player 3 and so on to 4 -Player 4 sends long pass to next player in 1st post position and makes a parimeter run to 1st post -Continue exercise for desired time and then reverse rotation
-Clean passes that player can handle to appropriate side with no more than 2-3 touches per passing play -Players receive the pass across the body into their next play -Each player opens up to follow the play
