
The group will start off by getting into a big circle, this area will be laid out by some cones. There will also be a cone allocated in the middle. Once the participants are in a circle on will start with the ball, the starting person will dribble the ball into the middle cone then release it to another player. Once the ball is released they will take the other persons place and the next person will repeat this and so on.
