
Players pass the ball to all four sides of the box. 1 player in the middle attempts to intercept. 45-60 second rotations. If ball is intercepted, give back to passers to start again until rotate. Increase Difficulty by challenging with 1 touch passing. Adjust drill balance based on number of players at practice.
-Encourage players to move their feet on their side of the box to create open space. No stationary feet. -Players on the outside should use their voices to call for the ball if they feel they have a good passing lane available. -Players in the middle should create pressure to force a bad pass.
