Create a 4 cone grid. Inside the grid the goalkeeper stands and on the outside are 4 attackers each with a ball. Each attacker is given a number and when the coach calls out your number you have to place the ball past the goalkeeper but in between the two cones. The object is for the goalkeeper to make a save. Once the goalkeeper has made the save he must quickly resume his position back into the middle of the grid ready for another shot.
