
You can set up this drill as any times as needed depending on the number of players you have. You can also set up as many of the lateral side dribble points as needed. Ideally have no more than 6 players in each drill. If you have more have the next player start when the preceding player is half way through the drill. Player starts at cone A with ball on outside foot With Instep tap/drag ball across to your other foot at cone B (Lateral Side Dribble) With instep of that foot tap ball forward and dribble to next Cone A. Repeat point 1 but now it is with the other foot & drag ball across to opposite foot at cone B. Tap ball forward and dribble to next cone A repeat again until player dribbles to end cone at Z. Player then dribbles ball back to the line up & swaps to the other group.
