
Red team has an extra player and are the attacking team. Player A on red team starts with the ball and can pass either left or right. Once they have passed the ball they can make the forward run into the box. blue team have to decide who is going to press and who is going to cover the spaces.
Can add in extra players for the defenders to make it harder for the attackers and can also add in players behind the red team who are tracking back so it recreates a game situation and gets the red team thinking more.
