2 Attackers, 1 Defender, 1 Goalkeeper Attacker 1 passes to Attacker 2 at the cone nearest the goal area. Attacker 2 holds the ball up (shields), then feints one way and turns the other. Attacker 2 dribbles to the left or right of the box, and crosses for Attacker 1 who has made a run into the box. Attacker 1 shoots, preferably with a first time shot. Attacker 1 then becomes the Defender, Attacker 2 becomes the Shielder, and the Shielder moves to the back of the queue.
Demonstrate feints and turns to move away from the defender. Could also show how to move the ball away and turn with the first touch. Progress by adding a 2nd Defender.
